This coming Sunday I will be preaching. And given that fact, TDB recommended getting in touch with Mark Husni at the last minute to see if he'd be willing to fill in for me on the music side of things.
I'm really grateful that Mark has agreed to jump into the mix. He'll be leading from his keyboard and at this point it looks as though the simplest, most effective approach, may be for him to be solo this Sunday.
So, Shelly, Mary, and Dick, you have the morning off.
I am personally really looking forward to the opportunity to be a part of the congregational praise and to spend the morning worshiping beside my wife. So the three of you get to take the week off and enjoy similarly.

I'm hoping that tomorrow I will be able to post thoughts about this past week. So far things've been nuts this week, but tomorrow should have some down time built in. Thanks again guys.

Good for you, Tim! I'm glad that Mark could fill in and give you that needed break, as preaching is enough to think about. I don't mind not having to sing either, although, I enjoy being a part of that ministry. I'll be praying for you and hope that you are feeling 100% better!

I too am praying for you this week. Praying that the Holy Spirit will give you clarity of mind in preparation and will allow you to be a vessel of ministry during your time in front of the congregation.
